Green productivity: waste reduction with green value stream mapping. A case study of leather production

<p>This study aims to identify and reduce waste in PT Rajapaksi Adya Perkasa manufacturing company. The analysis uses the concept of green productivity with Green Value Stream Mapping as model. Through GVSM current state, this calculates amount production line including seven waste. result shows an improvement minimize that occurs through future state. technique increases value from 1.12 1.81.</p>
